FTL Finance specializes in lease financing of HVAC equipment for residential properties since 1996. By working with contractors across the country we have built a rapid response financing system customized to your needs.
Easy, Simple Financing
FTL Finance approves the consumer’s credit application; then the contractor can schedule the installation. We will pay the amount financed to the contractor directly when the installation is complete. The consumer will then receive billing information from FTL Finance. The consumer will contact us directly for all billing related customer service.
What We Finance
All Equipment MUST have a model and serial number:

FTL Finance can finance your service only projects such as ductwork, duct cleaning, insulation and small plumbing projects up to $5,000 without a model and/or serial number.
